Insurance Sales Representative

Full-time · Field & office · Backed by Farmers Insurance. We're hiring driven sales talent to join the Ryan Kelly District and build their own practice with structured coaching, a national brand, and a real income trajectory.

What you'll do

  • Prospect, quote, and bind new auto, home, life, and commercial policies
  • Build long-term client relationships through consultative reviews
  • Cross-sell within an existing book to deepen household coverage
  • Partner with district leadership on weekly pipeline and coaching
  • Maintain required state property & casualty and life licensing

What you bring

  • Drive, coachability, and a genuine interest in helping people
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Sales, customer-facing, or entrepreneurial background (a plus, not required)
  • Willingness to obtain P&C and Life licenses (we'll guide you through it)
